"Take advantage of five matters before five other matters; your youth before you become old; your health, before you fall sick; your wealth, before you become poor; your free time before you become preoccupied, and your life, before your death."

We provide group targeted intervention, making all the difference for students struggling in larger mainstream classroom settings. Our day starts at 2.10 pm and each period runs for an average of

50 minutes. Students are divided into 4 large classrooms (2 - brothers, 2 - sisters), and depending on the needs and abilities of the cohort at the time, the groups can find themselves further divided within the classroom, to allow for a more tailored support.

We advise students and parents to be in constant communication with us from the start, to encourage maximum benefit and for progress to be properly monitored. This includes keeping us updated with previous year results, 'current grades' (throughout the year), and predicted or target grades. In addition to this, topics of weakness, exam boards and tiers (higher or foundation/core, additional or triple). If you are unsure or do not have this information, then please speak to your school subject teachers to provide you with as much as possible to best support you.

Our tutors and volunteers are very open and welcome feedback from students. So should you as a student or parent wish to suggest changes to support your/your child's academic success, then do not hesitate to get in contact and speak to our team.

Our tarbiyyah sessions in the past have varied between being split into groups or all year groups together. This depends on what we feel will best support the development of the students enrolled during that specific year.

'Careers & Life Advice' workshops are run collectively, supporing transferable skills such as

team-work, public speaking, communication and others. We feel students benefit through building relationships with those of a different age as well as their own.
